Some mind gems to end the week.

1. You know how everyone has those songs that just make you happy every time you hear them? Mine apparently point to me being a little bit of a pervert/cougar. Example: #1 feel good song: What Makes You Beautiful - One Direction (always and forever #1), #2 feel good song: Baby by Justin Bieber (pre-shithead stage, naturally). #3 feel good song: Diana - One Direction (...yeah, they get two..) Should I be kind of ashamed? Completely. Am I? Ha, nope.


2. This article made me very happy for a few reasons: 1, that quote is SO f-cking stupid. I don't actually think it was Marilyn Monroe who said it, but I hate that quote, and the author of this hits the nail right on the head why. 2, I know Marilyn didn't actually say it (probably), but I think we should maybe stop putting the drama-loving homewrecking actress who died in her early 30's as a result of a severe drug addiction up on a pedestal? Maybe?


3. Why is it that when you decide to diet, pizza has never looked so damn good? I want to run, I "like" running on the treadmill but I mean go outside, enjoy mother nature and torture myself because I actually hate running. Well, every night I go to sleep with the intention of going for a lovely morning jog, and I wake up and it's snowing, like even Mother Nature is saying to me "Not today girl, maybe next month." And, well I can't argue with Mother Nature. 


4. On that note, I'm really ready to  switch up complaining about the snow to the heat. I have many plans on my list and none of them include snow, slush, or anything under 20 degrees. So Spring, hurry it up please & thanks.


5. Friday Night Lights. Do you have Netflix? Waaatch it, and try not to begin the binge watching by the 4th episode, just try it I dare you. When I grow up, I want my future marriage to be Tami & Coach Taylor's, y'all.


6. I am patiently awaiting on this from Stella & Dot to arrive, mostly so I can organize all of the goodies (read: 20 different lipglosses) I insist on keeping in my bag (you never know what color you will need, even though I consistently only use 2...), and also because I giggle every time I call it by it's name: pouf. he he he


7. I get irrationally angry when companies don't ship to Canada. It's 2014, get with the program here! Talking to you, Converse.
